The soft, chewy chicken comes with low-fat Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and seasoned tomatoes all of which are then covered in some zesty tomato sauce then wrapped in a roll of whole grain. While it is a great meal for lunch, I sometimes eat it for supper as it gives me a low-calorie option.

The meal combines a variety of ingredients that I find very nutritious and diet friendly. The crust (the whole grain roll) is made using whole wheat flour (as opposed to refined flour), soybean oil, garlic powder, ascorbic acid, yeast, salt, and water. I prefer meals with whole grains to those with refined flour as they have more nutritional and weight loss benefits. I especially like the use of garlic powder as it adds a natural flavor to this meal.

The fillings comprise of seasoned chicken, low-fat Parmesan and mozzarella cheese made with cheese culture, enzymes, salt, nonfat milk, and vitamin A palmitate. There are also seasoned tomatoes and tomato paste, garlic powder, basil, onion powder, oregano, modified food starch, and salt. I particularly like the use of seasoned tomatoes, garlic and onion powders, basil and oregano in the fillings as they not only add various natural tastes, but they also offer a variety of nutrients that are good for weight loss. The toppings mainly comprise an Italian blend of thyme, basil, and oregano.
